We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate gardener to join our team at Annas Landscapes. As a gardener, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our clients' properties.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining properties either independently or as part of a team. This includes a wide range of gardening and landscaping tasks to ensure our clients' outdoor spaces are always looking their best.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Good work ethics
• Ability to work in a team or alone
• Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and landscaping principles
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Customer service oriented with good communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Planting, watering, and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Mowing lawns, trimming edges, and removing weeds
• Pruning and shaping trees and shrubs
• Applying fertilizers and pest control treatments as needed
• Maintaining garden beds and hardscaping features
• Operating and maintaining gardening equipment and tools
• Advising clients on plant care and landscape maintenance
• Adhering to safety guidelines and company policies
